Security Officers Selection

Wright Guard Security Officers are carefully selected from a pool of applicants. Each must qualify at initial screenings and interviews aimed at determining if the applicant’s personality, personal background, and prior employment are suited for security work and will support our company philosophy. Applicants with previous work experience in the private sector, military, police, and knowledge of personal defense are given priority. References are also checked to the extent legally allowed.

Basic Qualifications for Applicants.

1. No felony convictions.

2. No substance abuse or illegal drugs.

3. Applicants screened must meet educational standards determined for operation expectation.

4. General good health to meet performance standards.

5. Physically Fit (Weight in proportion to height)

6. Acceptable vision and hearing requirements for security work.

7. Fully capable of doing normal and/or emergency duties.
